What to include

Two pieces of information help us respond quickly:

Your Support ID. Open the app, tap the gear icon, then tap Support ID under “Support”. The ID is copied to your clipboard. This lets us find the right purchase and scan history without you having to share an account — CarContractScan does not have accounts.
The app version. Visible at the bottom of the Settings screen, for example “App version 1.0.0 (build 42)”.

A brief description of what happened, with the time of the scan if you remember it, helps us correlate to our server logs.

Refunds

Scan credits are purchased through the App Store or Google Play. Refunds are processed by Apple or Google directly, not by Fractalthink.

iOS: Apple processes refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Android: Google processes refunds via the Play Store app under Account → Purchase history.

If a store denies a refund you believe should be granted, email support@fractalthink.com with your Support ID and a screenshot of the denial. We can sometimes issue replacement credits directly.

Account deletion

To delete your account and all associated scan history, open the app and go to Settings → Delete account. The deletion is immediate and cannot be reversed. See the Privacy Policy for what gets removed.
